Our foundation
There wasn’t a pivotal moment when Kamran Sheriff realized there could be more to counseling. As a committed consulting firm employee, it was a slow build-up.
Regular 100 hour week. Seeing the personal lives of co-workers and mentors suffer when they miss games, time to the close and dear ones. Handing overwork to the client and not meeting the people behind the project was too much.
So Kamran Sheriff was in thought, and the above things inspired him to become an entrepreneur.
The idea for ZANYBH Consulting Services PVT LTP started on a sofa that is now a symbol of our culture.
It was on the sofa that Kamran Sheriff, along with his old friends and colleagues, came up with the proposal of a different kind of consulting that allows their workforce to get a better impact on those around them.
Our Objective
The basic principles ZANYBH Consulting Services started with are the same as that day on the couch 2 years ago: be a good person, offer values, lead with your heart, caring others, and make time for those around you. Or create matchless experiences for everyone you come in contact with.
Since our initiation in 2019, we have grown to more than 50 employees in India. Our consultants guide business transformation efforts, develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies, and help our clients prepare for upcoming technology developments while optimizing and improving today.
However, our approach remains the same: clients and colleagues are more like family, rewarding hard work, and encouraged personal efforts.
